This retreat is exclusively for the ICM/Paris Brain Institute community, their family and friends. 

Ann and Maria are delighted to conduct this first time retreat exclusively for those from the ICM / Paris Brain Institute, their family and friends. We will enjoy a peaceful moment along the Cote d’Azur in the charming village of Sanary-sur-mer. 

We will practice yoga in the mornings and early evenings, leaving you plenty of free time to enjoy the beautiful blue water, to explore the area and relax completely in this charming seaside village. 

For those who are interested, Maria and Ann will be happy to lead a session in danse-libre/ movement expression as well. This will be an introduction to the work Ann and Maria do together combing yoga, dance, and self-inquiry. 

We have reserved reasonably priced rooms at the Centre d’Azur.
