ShinGaia Salutation in Gratitude online

During this lockdown,
as we try to keep some kind of
balance, sanity, and constructive
functionality, I'll offer a few online
classes via ZOOM, including
mornings, to start the day in gratitude:





MORNINGS:
Mondays 8:00-8:30am, ShinGaia Salutation in Gratitude
Wednesdays 8:00-8:30am - ShinGaia Salutation in Gratitude
Fridays, 8:00-9:15am - ShinGaia Slow Salutation in Gratitude
EVENINGS:
Tuesdays, 6:30-8:00pm - ShinGaia Slow Flow

WEEKENDS:
Saturdays, 5:30-7:30pm - Mantra Gathering and zoom-apéro

--> Family Fitness - Saturday, 4:00-4:45pm
Please let me know if you are interested in trying this this week!
This is a standing practice based on the chakra warmup that many of you know. It should be comfortable for partners and older children, and not require the same quiet attention or concentration that our regular practice asks for.

Weekly ShinGaia Mantra Gathering online on Saturday evenings

Atma will continue to accompany us as we chant the Mahamrutyunjaya Mantra for health and well-being, 108 times each Saturday, starting at 5:30pm.

I met Atma and Ganga in India a number of years ago. This is a lovely opportunity for us all. All are welcome!
