Dans une charmante maison semi-troglodyte rustic sur un terrain privé de 10 hectares, calme et verdoyant à Bonnieux. On pratique le yoga le matin et le soir. 

 

Il y a une piscine et de nombreuses randonnées dans les environs. Le village voisin est à 10 minutes à pied, où nous trouverons des restaurants, une boucherie, une boulangerie et un supermarché, ce qui nous permettra d'organiser nos repas comme nous le souhaitons.

 

Ann guide cette retraite en français, avec anglais comme nécessaire. Le coût de la retraite de 4 jours/3-nuits s'élève à 350€ pour la retraite et l'hébergement. La nourriture et le transport ne sont pas inclus.

We’ll stay in a charmingly rustic, semi-troglodyte dwelling on 10 private, calm and green hectares in Bonnieux. We’ll practice yoga in the mornings and in the evenings. 

 

There is a swimming pool and plenty of hiking all around. The nearby village is a 10-minute walk, with a bakery, butcher, supermarket and restaurants, which allows us to self-organize our meals as we wish. 

 

Ann will lead this retreat in French, with English as needed. The cost for this 4-day / 3-night retreat is 350€ for the retreat and room. Food and transportation are not included.
