Yoga Retreat in India, February 21-28, 2026
Going to the source, where yoga was born, join me for one week in a beautiful yoga retreat center nested in the hills of Goa.
We enjoy a gentle taste of ashram life, with yoga twice daily, early morning meditation, yoga nidra (guided relaxation), the possibility of attending the center's sacred fire ceremony, and a vegetarian Ayurvedic diet. We will immerse ourselves in this haven of yoga for one week.
Ayurvedic consultation, treatments and massage are available at an additional cost, as is an introduction to Ayurvedic cooking. You will be free to choose what you wish to attend, and are not required to do any more than you wish.
Retreat cost: 350€.
Room & Board for 7 nights: INR 35,000 to 71,000 (approx 375€ to 760€ today)

April 25th - non-refundable deposit of 30% paid to the Center for your room & board.
June 25th - non-refundable deposit of 30% paid to me for the retreat (105€).
October 25th - balance payment sent to the Center for your room & board plus balance payment for the retreat sent to me (245€).
We will have the option of taking a tour of the local nearby town, with its Portuguese influence, and a spice farm. For those who wish, a visit to the 'Night Market' can be a fun adventure. These extra activities are not included in the overall price of the retreat.
