Unwind, stretch, fortify and replenish. These Integral Hatha Flow classes blend accessible postures, mindful alignment, breathwork and deep relaxation to help you release stress and feel more confident and comfortable in your body and in your life. The practice is gentle, deep and rejuvenating. Whether you are brand new to yoga or just looking for a balanced, feel-good flow, this class will help you:


-     Reconnect with your body

-     Manage stress and anxiety

-     Improve focus

-     Develop flexibility

      Improve balance and stability

-     Relax and replenish

-     Strengthen and energize

-     Refine alignment

-     Fortify physical, mental and emotional health

 

*If you are dealing with specific challenges, like injury, at least one private session is recommended before joining group classes.
