Retraite d'Automne dans la Loire / Autumn Retreat in the Loire Valley

September 26-28, 2025, Chaumont-sur-Loire Weekend Yoga Retreat September 26-28, 2025, Chaumont-sur-Loire How does a yoga retreat in the Loire Valley sound?  We'll have five 2-hour sessions of yoga, beginning Friday morning and concluding on Sunday after lunch. This is a small group retreat (maximum 8). We'll be practicing yoga in a small art gallery that is beautifully situated along the river, just below the Chaumont castle.  The Chateau  will be in the midst of its annual Garden Festival, and there is a bike trail along the river with a place nearby to rent bikes, if that sounds interesting to any of us. There are local restaurants as well as a small grocery, so we can combine eating out and eating in as we wish.  Yoga program:  200€ per person Housing, food, transportation and any additional activities are not included.  Bienvenue!
