Dynamic Yoga and Cocooning Workshop - March 22,, 2026

Sunday, March 22nd in Paris ( version français en dessous) This is a dynamic and relatively tonic class focused on the relationship between breath, alignment, strength and ease in traditional yoga  asanas  (postures) like Tree, Warrior and Eagle. This practice will include Sun Salutation as well as pranayama (yogic breathing exercises), deep relaxation and meditation.  This workshop offers an excellent opportunity for experienced practitioners to refine and deepen their practice, while remaining accessible for those who are newer to yoga. The workshop is 40€ with a 30€ option for those undergoing financial strain. PranaStretch Workshop - March 21, 2026

16h-18h in Paris  (version français un dessous) PranaStretch is profound, subtle, breath-focused work that keeps us moving throughout the class, gently but intensely, harnessing the mind rigorously to the breath as it moves through the body. Largely based on the floor, PranaStretch is the practice that has served as the foundation of all my work in dance, yoga and the martial arts.  Based on the teaching of Eric Beeler and combining elements from yoga, the martial arts, pilates, Niklaus and Alexander techniques, PranaStretch has been for me a source of deep core strength, refined articulation, easeful extension, powerful projection, and a sense of wholeness, peace of mind and joy in life.  This is an in-person 2-hour workshop that takes place near Porte Maillot in Paris.
